Player feedback

What stands out immediately is the 1.7/5 average rating on the app store. The number is the same for both New Jersey and Pennsylvania players. Having used the app and found it to be quite reliable with awesome games, we can only assume this is a case of high negativity bias: players are far more likely to share a negative experience than an average or positive one.

It’s unfortunate that Android users don’t have an opportunity to leave reviews and inform other players about their experience.

Performance

From our side, we’re really happy with how Caesars performed on mobile. Of course there’s the browser option, but having the app is so much more convenient. We’d say the design is a little basic compared to other brands and the user experience isn’t intuitive enough—the same problems we found on desktop.
