Our experience of the support

One of Four Winds Casino’s biggest strengths is its online help center. We found almost every answer we needed in the FAQs without having to contact support. During open hours the live chat response was not the fastest (10-15 minutes to get connected) but the answers were concise and helpful. Overall, it’s a really good support system, though we’d love to see 24-7 support available!
