Our experience of the support
We were disappointed. To access live chat support, we had to navigate a rigid support bot (picking from limited options with no choice to “skip” to a real operator) and then verify our email address, before being placed 68th in the support queue.
This is because support is managed by FanDuel, which is responsible for many different sites simultaneously. It took nearly 15 minutes to get connected and, because the agents are covering so many platforms, most of our specific questions could not be answered. The queue length was similar for new enquiries.
Unfortunately there are no other support options listed on the website, something we confirmed over live chat.
