You have to click through the FAQ page regarding your specific issue before you can get access to links to send an email or live chat (which is available 24/7). No phone number for support is provided, but you can request a callback in your email.

The live chat function is pretty good, but it could be improved significantly. The biggest problem is the response time—it can take several minutes to get connected to an agent, and then several minutes to answer each question. Chat will occasionally disconnect mid-conversation, but in general the answers are accurate and helpful. The casino is also on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
